Below is a list of frequently asked questions about Ticketjunior and the services we offer.  This pages will probably answer most of your questions but if it doesn't please contact us as we would be more than happy to help answer your questions.

 

How much does it cost to use your service?
We charge $1.00 per ticket sold.  You can add the $1.00 into the price of your ticket or charge it above and beyond your ticket prices a service fee which ever you prefer.

How soon can we get up and running selling tickets?
Generally it only take a few days to get your account and event setup.  Sign up today and we'll send you our event check list.  If you can provide us the information we need we'll get you up and running as soon as possible.

How will customers buy their tickets?
Our system will allow you to sell tickets online, in person through your box office, over the phone, by mail and even through some mobile phones.

Can we use your service in our box office?
Yes, our system is designed to be a complete box office software solution.  Using our complete solution you'll be able to sell tickets online, over the phone, in person, by mail and even through some mobile phones.

Does Ticketjunior handle the phone orders?
No, we only provide our software as a service to enable your box office to sell tickets.

Our event is reserved seatingCan you handle reserved seating?
Yes, our system can handle reserved seating.  You can let your buyers choose their own seat or allow the system to give them the best avaliable.  If you normally sell 80% or more of your tickets we highly recommend using best avaliable mode as the system will maximize tickets by reducing the number of orphane (single seats in odd places) that are hard or impossible to sell.

Do we have to have our own credit card merchant account?
Yes, in order to sell tickets you must have your own credit card merchant account.  Paypal's free premier or business account is an example of a merchant account.  We support almost every type of credit card merchant.  Here's a list of a few we support.  Paypal (Premier, Business, Express Checkout, Pro), Authorize.net, LinkPoint, Merchant One, IATS, Cybersource, ICICI Bank, Bank of America, etc.

Does Ticketjunior act as a credit card gateway?
No, we are not a credit card gateway.  Technically speaking you'll need a credit card merchant account and a gateway in order to use our service.  Most credit card merchant account come with a gateway.  For example Paypal is both and if you want our recommendation Paypal is the easiest way to get started.  We recommend their "Pro" account which isn't free but offers great value.  Plus you can get your account approved in just a few days.

Can your system handle discount and/or promotional codes?
Yes, with our system you can have multiple codes and multiple levels of discounts.  We also have several reports that will let you connect ticket sales to codes.

Will your system allow us to accept donations?
Yes, you can optionally allow donation during the ticket buying process.

Is there an extra cost for accepting donations?
No, we do not charge additional for acception donations.  We understand how valuable and benefical it is to accept donations and therefore we don't charge any extra to use this feature of the system.  (Note: Normal credit card fees do still apply.)

We need additional information during the buying process.  Can your system do that?
Yes, with the Ticketjunior system has the abillity to collection additional data like t-shirt size, meal choice, class room option, etc.  Any additional information you need to collect our system gives you the ability to collect it, store it and report on it.
